1/3 cup butter (cold)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 heaped teaspoons water (cold)

Filling
4 medium apples (I like Granny Smith)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 heaped tablespoons corn starch
