JackFruit - 500 gms ( For 4 Servings)
cummin seeds (Jeera) - 1 tbs
Onions medium size - 2 Nos
Turmeric powder (Haldi) - 1/2 tbs
Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) - 2 tbs
Corriander Powder (Dhaniya powder) - 2 tbs
Garam Masala – 2 tbs
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
Green Chilli paste - 1/2 tbs
Green Corriander chopped for garnishing
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2-3 tbs ( and also for deep fry of JackFruit)

Oil - 2-3 tbs ( and also for deep fry of JackFruit)
1. Take 500 gms of JackFruit (Kathal) and cut it into pieces. (Chopped Jackfruit is available in market)
2. Wash it throughly and then soak it properly to resist stickess on pan and keep aside.
3. Now take some oil in pan and deep fry the Jackfruit till it become brown and then keep it aside.
4. Now take the pan and pour the oil for making.
5. Put the cummin seeds in it and then add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
6. Add Ginger-Garlic paste and green chilli paste and mix it well.
7. Then add Turmeric,red chilli, corriander and garam masala powder and mix it well.
8. Now put fried Jackfruit (kathal) in it and mix it will with the mixture.
9. Then 2 – 3 cups of water as per required gravy and cook it for 25-30 minutes.
10. Now garnish it with Green corriander chopped and serve with hot chapatis, rice etc.
