I LOVE Jalapeno Poppers! They are so yummy. But I’ll be honest — I’m not making them at home. I needed to find a way to make the taste of Bevin’s Stuffed Jalapeno’s without having to stuff them! Then I saw this bread on Pinterest and wanted to make it. I made a few changes and voila — an easy yummy app! As a note, this is a recipe to be played with. Only you know how hot you like it. The way I made it was spicy — but it was delish at the same time!

8 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 Can of Pickled Jalapenos, chopped
5-6 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 C grated Cheddar Cheese, plus more for top if desired
