Jamie Oliver's Old School Slaw

Bright, colorful and delicious, this slaw is a must make for spring and summer cookouts

1/2 white cabbage, shredded large
1/2 red cabbage, shredded large
1/2 red onion, shredded small
4 heaping tablespoons fat free plain yogurt
1 heaping tablespoon whole grain mustard
To assemble, put all your ingredients into a large bowl and toss until completely coated. I chilled mine in the fridge for about an hour before dinner.
