Jamie's Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package grated Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, and mozzarella (I bought Sargento’s Italian blend it has all of those cheeses in it already)
1 package of cheese blend above to sprinkle on top of dip before baking it
5 full tsp of garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup chopped spinach - steamed, drained, & chopped (fresh or frozen)
Lemon juice to taste once done baking
Roasted garlic sourdough bread, slice and butter both sides lightly sprinkle garlic powder on both sides and toast in oven.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix 1 package cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Then, gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach, melt in microwave for 4 minutes until melted and mix thoroughly. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle 1 package of cheese on top evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Last, put the dish back in the oven and bake until bubbly and lightly browned.
