Japanese Cabbage Pancakes - Okonomiyaki

This traditional Japanese pancake (Okonomiyaki) is filled with cabbage and topped with sliced pork and amazing sauce!

2 cups (260g) all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 pound (450g) cabbage, coarsely chopped (about 10 cups)
4 eggs
¼ cup sesame oil
8 oz (225g) fresh pork belly, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons ketchup
5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons oyster sauce
2¼ teaspoons sugar
