Japanese Yum Yum Sauce (Shrimp Sauce)

This Japanese sauce is awesome over rice, steak, chicken, shrimp or vegetables. Same sauce recipe that you get at the Japanese hibachi restaurants. Enjoy!

1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tsp. tomato paste
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
dash cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, white sugar, rice vinegar, tomato paste, melted butter, paprika and garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Mix very well to combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This best the next day so the flavors have time to marry together.
