Banana bread made with Twix cookies and topped with a coffee glaze

For the Bread
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed banana (about 3)
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped twix bars
For the Glaze
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
3/4 c. powdered sugar

For the Bread Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again. Stir in the baking soda and salt. Slowly add the flour to the mixture while the mixer is running. Do not over...
