Big soft chocolate gooey goodness!

3 c flour
2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 c salted butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz miniature marshmallows
Cream butter and sugars. Mix in eggs and vanilla and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Slowly add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix at low speed until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Batter will be very stiff. Gather 4-5 frozen marshmallows in your hand then add heaping tablespoonful of dough. Form a 2 inch diameter ball completely encasing the marshmallows. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet, Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Allow to cool for 2 minutes then remove from pan to a cool, flat surface.
