A great appetizer or kids dinner. A twist on the typical corn dog on a stick.

1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
4 hot dogs cut into 5 pieces each

Preheat the oven to 400*F. Spray the mini muffin pan will with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, egg, honey and milk. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes. Stir well.
