My mom made these one year for April Fools Day. She served these to us for breakfast, and for my brother who lived in his own apartment, she put them in a gourmet chocolate box, and dropped them off for him. She thought she would fool everyone until we bit into the chocolates and realize that they were just cereal balls, and then she would have a good laugh about dipping healthy food in chocolate. 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
