Juicy Down To Your Elbows BBQ Chicken

Juiciest chicken you will ever eat! Your family will be dying for this every night!

Marinade:
I package chicken (any kind you like)
1 cup of olive oil
1 full lemon squeezed
2 full limes squeezed
6 garlic cloves pressed
1 handful of fresh Italian parsley chopped
1 tbsp. Of rosemary salt

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup maple syrup
1\\2 cup brown sugar
1\\2 package crispy bacon
2 tbsp. bacon fat
3tbsp. HP sauce
Put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag, add chicken and marinade for up to 8 hours (or over night). Mix in a bowl all the sauce ingredients then refrigerate. Once chicken is ready add them on the barbeque and add salt (no need to pat them dry from marinade) put on medium to high heat for that chard look first flip add a good amount of sauce on them, then put it on medium low and baste with sauce each flip cook for about 15-20 min depending on the thickness of the chicken, make sure to not overcook! Let rest uncovered for 5 min serve and let your family be amazed with the chef that you are!
