A Hawaiian tasting recipe with pork, Hawaiian black sea salt, mesquite smoke and a banana. Prepare the night before and let it do its thing in the slow cooker until dinner the next night.

1 (6 pound) pork shoulder or pork butt roast
1 1/2 Tablespoons Hawaiian black sea salt
1 Tablespoon liquid mesquite smoke flavoring
