A great mix of ground pork and beef topped during baking with a tangy topping.

2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp rubbed sage
