Meat and peas cooked in a thick mixture of wonderful flavors.

1 1/2 pound minced beef (can use turkey, chicken, goat)
2 cup green peas
4 tablespoon oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 inch piece of cinnamon stick
1 large or 2 cup onions (thinly sliced)
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies chopped
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cayenne chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
