1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large bananas
4 ripe kiwi
6 T skim milk
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large bananas
4 ripe kiwi
6 T skim milk
Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix sugar, yogurt, milk, egg and oil. Add kiwi and banana and mix.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla.
Mix and spoon into muffin tins filling 3/4 full.
Bake 375* for 20 - 25...
