ingredients :
500 g flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 tsp salt
350 ml of water
1 egg yolk
50 g white sesame
Material contents :
150 g button mushrooms , thinly sliced
150 g peeled shrimp
1/4 onion , finely chopped
1 clove garlic , finely chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
margarine for sauteing

150 g button mushrooms , thinly sliced
150 g peeled shrimp
1/4 onion , finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to make :
1 . Contents : Heat the margarine and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant . Enter button mushrooms and shrimp , stir until prawns change color . Enter the fish sauce , salt , and pepper . Cook until cooked , remove and set aside.
2 . Mix the flour , yeast, and salt . Stir well .
3 . Pour a little water while continuing to diuleni until smooth .
4 . Allow the dough for 30 minutes with a plastic closed .
5 . Divide the dough into 10 parts , rounded shape .
6 . Take one piece of dough , flatten , put the contents in the middle , rounded shape .
7 . Repeat step No. 6 to the dough and fill out.
8 . Place on a baking sheet that has been Kompyang spread with margarine .
9 . Rub the surface with egg yolk , then sprinkle with sesame .
10 . Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until cooked .
11 . Remove and serve .
