These short ribs are so tender. They were easily cut with a fork and go well with brown rice.

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. pakced light brown sugar
4 T. seasame oil
3 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. ginger, minced
6 clove(s) garlic, minced
1/2 c. water
1 t. red pepper
1 t. ginger
1 t. black pepper
