Very simple and very tasty.

Ingredients:- 2 big piece of rohu fish,2 big spoon ginger garlic paste, 1 big onion chopped, 1 big tomato chopped,1 big spoon yogurt, mustard oil, 1 big green chilly chopped,1 ts turmeric powder, salt to taste, coriander green chopped,1 ts cumin powder, 1 ts coriander powder, sugar.
Method:- marinate the fish with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Take a non stick pan, put some mustard oil and fry the fish for some time both the sides. Keep aside. In another nonstick pan again put some mustard oil, add chopped green chilly and onion, saute for 2 to 3 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, fry till it leaves the oil, add tomato and add a little sugar to sweat the tomato, add cumin powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder, and fry for 2 minutes, add the curd mix it well, add 1 cup of water, add salt to taste let it boil and add the fish simmer for sometime in a very low flame, garnish it with fresh coriander, serve hot with steamed rice.
