Lasagna in the Ninja

Discover the convenient Ninja way to make lasagna! So easy, so delicious!!

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (26 to 28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 (9 oz) pkg no-boil lasagna noodles
1 jar Alfredo pasta sauce
12 oz (3 cups) mozzarella shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. In the Ninja, brown the ground beef and drain any grease. Remove the beef from the Ninja. 2. Spread 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce in the bottom of the Ninja cooker. Stir remaining pasta sauce and tomato sauce into the ground beef. 3. Layer 3 lasagna noodles (broken up into small pieces) over the sauce in the Ninja. Top with 1/3 of the Alfredo sauce, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with the 1/3 of the ground beef mixture, spreading evenly. 4. Repeat layers until mixtures & ingredients are gone. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. 5. Cover. Cook on stove top medium until bubbly. Reduce heat to stove top low until noodles are cooked through. Since the noodles are broken into small pieces, it's easy enough to scoop out, and enjoy!
