Layered Bean Dip

Layered bean dip is one of those extremely easy, versatile recipes that you can make in 15 minutes. That’s about how long this tasty, crowd pleasing, dip lasts at our house once the family sees it on the counter next to a bag of tortilla chips! Make it your own with your favorite additions and garnishes or try it the way I made it today. Yummy!

1 14 oz. can fat free refried beans
1/2 cup stewed italian style(or mexican) tomatoes(or omit these and use fresh if you have them-cut small)
2 cups sour cream
1 14 oz. can black olives minced
Either 1 Cup salsa or 1/2 cup minced jalapeno peppers
2 cups shredded cheese either mexican blend or cheddar
2 fresh avocados
guacamole seasonings
several sprigs fresh cilantro
1/2 cup stewed italian style(or mexican) tomatoes(or omit these and use fresh if you have them-cut small)
2 cups sour cream
1 14 oz. can black olives minced
Either 1 Cup salsa or 1/2 cup minced jalapeno peppers
2 cups shredded cheese either mexican blend or cheddar
2 fresh avocados
guacamole seasonings
several sprigs fresh cilantro
Spread the refried beans evenly into the bottom of your favorite 8 x 8, or about that size, casserole or a deep dish pie dish.
Mash the avocados together with the guacamole seasonings.
Layer them evenly...
