8oz 99% lean ground turkey, hormone free
4 oz Shreaded Cheddar veggie cheese (tofu based)
4 slices of Lean turkey bacon (optional)
15.5 oz can black beans drained

1/3 cup Chopped yellow and red onion
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Sea salt
