4 large green or red peppers
8oz 99% lean ground turkey, hormone free
4 oz Shreaded Cheddar veggie cheese (tofu based)
4 slices of Lean turkey bacon (optional)
15.5 oz can black beans drained
1/3 cup Chopped yellow and red onion
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Sea salt

4 slices of Lean turkey bacon (optional)

1/3 cup Chopped yellow and red onion

Combine the onions, garlic and turkey in sauté pan until turkey is light brown, add seasonings and black beans. Remove from heat and drain.
Brown the bacon for 2 minutes per side.
