Lee's Lemon Hand Pies

86

I grew up with a dad who LOVED to cook. One of my favorite memories is of his Lemon Meringue Pies. They were very tart and scrumptious. Dad has been gone for a number of years, and it has been more than 6 years since I was able to bake this pie for Lee's birthday. With all of the "Hand Pie" recipes I have read, I figured I would be able to adapt Dad's recipe
