Delicious streusel topping. These muffins are a hit!

For Muffins:
3 1/2 cups AP flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk
1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
2 eggs
1 pint blueberries
For Topping:
3/4 cup AP flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4 T cold unsalted butter, diced
