A fantastic light, airy, wonderful tangy, lemon cake prepared with white cake, lemon curd, lemon pudding and fat-free Cool Whip.

1 White Cake, baked and cooled in a 9x13 pan

Lemon Curd Layer:
1 cup Lemon Curd

Lemon Pudding Layer:
1 can of Lemon pudding
or
1 box Lemon pudding (dry mix) and 2 cups cold milk

Cool Whip Layer:
1 - 8 oz Fat-Free Cool Whip
