2 c. asparagus, cut into bite sized pieces
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 (4.4 oz) cups Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice, prepared to directions on box
4 (2.4 oz) pouches Chicken of the Sea® Lemon Pepper Salmon Pouches
In a non-stick skillet melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in asparagus, lemon zest and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes. Add rice and salmon. Heat through about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
