Moist Lemon Poppy Seed Scones made with whole wheat flour and greek yogurt are the perfect healthy pairing for your cup of morning coffee!

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
¼ cup of sugar
2 teaspoon of lemon zest
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. of butter {chilled}, cut into small pea size pieces
2 teaspoons of poppy seeds
1 cup of vanilla flavored greek yogurt
