Lemon Pork Skillet with Vegetables

This quick and easy pork skillet dinner is perfect for busy weeknights!

1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into strips (recommend 3/4 inch wide by 1.5 inch long, I cut from butterflied pork chops)
juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon greek seasoning, I like Cavender\'s
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Vegetables
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 white or yellow onion, sliced thin
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 teaspoon fresh basil, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper
2 tablespoons feta cheese
juice of 1/2 lemon
