The recipe has only 5 ingredients and only a few simple steps. It also uses frozen bread dough which is perfect for me since I’m not much of a bread baker. It was a nice light dessert and it was even great for breakfast the next morning. I loved the bright, tart flavor.

12 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 lemon, zested
1/2 cup sugar
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
