Light and Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes have an ingredient that is a little different than what you are used to but makes the pancakes so delicious!

2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbs melted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp almond extract (I eyeball both almond and vanilla because I love the flavors)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
2 tbs sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Whisk eggs well and then add milk, butter, almond and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Heat pan and pour about 1/4 c of batter in pan. When bubbles start appearing on top of batter, flip and cook the other side for a few minutes.
