Everything you love about Overnight French Toast, but without the overnight-soak and extra calories! Try this lightened-up version that does not sacrifice the taste and requires only a 20 minute soak!

8 reduced fat crescent rolls, cut up
2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 package (8 oz.) Greek cream cheese & greek yogurt, softened (substitute: neufchatel or reg. cream cheese)
2/3 cup C&H Light sugar & stevia blend
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Cook crescent rolls according to directions then tear into bite-size pieces.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place crescent pieces in a 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle with blueberries.
