Light Chocolate Muffins

Do you want all of the chocolate muffin without all of those calories? These delicious muffins are easy to prepare and only have about 100 calories per muffin!

1 3/4 cup oats
3 egg whites
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup applesauce (or 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup sugar)
1 tsp vanilla extract*
1/2 cup plain yogurt*
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 - 1 cup hot water (start by adding 3/4 cup, then more if needed)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional, Aria brand suggested)
3/4 cup chocolate chips
* - Yogurt can be vanilla, if needed. If so, only use 3/4 tsp vanilla extract.

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
