Lighter Apple Cider Donuts

Ssoft and comforting, with the lingering taste of sweet apple cider and cinnamon. After visiting a cider mill and seeing and drooling over their bakery case full of apple cider donuts, I decided to make some of my own!

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup stevia in the raw
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cups hot water
one packet of alpine apple cider (sugar free)
2 tbsp egg beaters
1 tablespoon smart balance light or other light buttery spread
2 tablespoons + 2 tsp unsweetened almond milk

Family friendly Tuna Noodle Casserole made with a simple cheddar cheese sauce and crunchy buttery Parmesan panko breadcrumbs,

Tuna Casserole:
8 ounces wide egg noodles
5 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
5 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk (2%)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded white cheddar
2 pouches tuna in water
1 cup frozen baby peas
