Lime Cilantro Rice

This delicious variation of plain old rice is so quick and easy to make, and even the pickiest eater will love it.

1 cup white rice
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. lime juice
4 tbsp. cilantro (I used freeze dried)
4 tsp vegetable oil
