Lion House Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

This creamy version of the traditional chicken noodle soup is perfect for a cold fall night. I've substituted the cream of chicken soup with a homemade version to avoid the processed food. I hope you enjoy it as much as our family does!

8 c water
7 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 C milk
1 tsp chicken boullion
½ C heavy cream
1 package egg noodles (Mrs. Kluskies is my favorite)
3-4 med potatoes, peeled and diced
2-3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1-2 stalks celery, sliced
¾ C frozen peas
1-2 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in crockpot with ½ C broth and cook on low 5-6 or high 3-4 hrs. In a large pot, bring 8 C water to a boil and add bouillon cubes. In a separate pan, melt butter then add flour to make a roux....
