Loaded Baked Potato & Chicken Casserole

The name says it all. All the flavors of a loaded baked potato in a casserole.

3 medium potatoes, washed and cubed
1 lb chicken, cubed
6 slices of bacon, fried & crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces

Heat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 9x9 pan.
Spread potatoes in the bottom of the pan. Put all of the chicken on top of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with bacon, then cheese. Pour the cream on top, then cut the butter into small piecesand scatter on top.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
