These Loaded Breakfast Tostada Stacks are the perfect way to start your morning! Loaded with eggs, sausage, avocado, and of course cheese!

12 tostada shells (if making stacks of 2 instead of 3...you will only need 8)
12 eggs
2½ cups cooked sausage crumbles
4 cups cheddar cheese
1 avocado, sliced into chunks
1 cup pico de gallo
1 cup light sour cream
splash of milk
salt and pepper to taste
green onion and more avocado for garnish
