It is made of lotus stem and potatoes

potatoes [100 grams ]
coriander leaves [half cup ] chopped
Green chilly 5 to 6 ] chopped ]
bread crumbs [3 to 4 slices ]
Gram Flour (1 cup)
salt to taste to taste
Oil to fry
Peel and chop lotus stem and clean its holes properly boil potatoes and lotus separate Mash them together and add all the ingredients except gram flour Take a frying pan make dough of gram flour in such way so that you can dip tikki in it deep fry till crispy serve with green chatani
