Low Carb Cabbage Soup

Cabbage soup for low carb breakfast.

1 thin chopped cabbage
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 chopped mint leaves
1 coriander leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cup sliced mushroom
2 cup chicken broth
2 cup celery
salt as per taste
1 sliced onion
Take a pan and add olive oil into it and let it be on medium heat. Add onion, celery, garlic paste, pepper and mushroom into it. Let the onion turn red for 5 minutes or so. Add chicken broth into the mixture and let it heat for next 15 minutes. After that add sauce into the mixture and stir it for 2 minutes. Let the mixture heat for next 10 minutes. Serve it by garnishing with coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice.
