2 cloves garlic ( minced )
4 stalks celery ( diced )
1 medium onion ( diced )
5 carrots ( sliced )
2 cups cauliflower ( chopped )
1 1/2 pounds boneless ( skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed )
6 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1 1/2 cups half and half
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
