1 chocolate cake mix

1 15-ounce can pumpkin

¼ cup fat-free caramel ice cream topping

¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

¼ cup chopped peanuts, if desired
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix cake mix and pumpkin until smooth. Spread into pan, and bake for 16–20 minutes. Cool completely. Drizzle with caramel, and top with chocolate chips and peanuts, if desired.
