Easy, one bowl brownie recipe that uses whole wheat, no dairy, and is fudgy and chocolatey!

2 eggs
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (or applesauce)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar (if you are used to sweeter brownies, up it to 1 cup)
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
