Thick, hearty, cooked rolled oats, raisins and nuts fill this lightly sweetened lumberjack oatmeal. This hot cereal is true comfort food, warming you up on cold winter mornings.

5¾ cups water
¾ teaspoon salt
3 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons molasses
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup raisins
Bring water and salt to a rolling boil. Stir in oats, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined....
