Lunch Boosting Quinoa Fruit Salad: A tri-colored quinoa salad packed with juicy fruits and dressed in a strawberry dressing. This salad is vibrant, filling, healthy, and delicious!

2 cups quinoa, cooked
1 large mango
1 container (6 ounces) blueberries
2 cups chopped strawberries
4 cutie / mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
1 heaping cup fresh blueberries
½ cup feta cheese
Dressing:
1/3 cup agave
1/3 cup white rice vinegar
1 Tbsp poppyseeds
10 medium strawberries
1 large mango
1 container (6 ounces) blueberries

1 heaping cup fresh blueberries
½ cup feta cheese
Dressing:
1/3 cup agave
1/3 cup white rice vinegar

Peel and chop the mango.
Wash the blueberries.
Wash and dry the strawberries.
