For the dough:
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 cup warm water (105°)
4 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
For the filling:
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
6 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
For the icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
