Chicken made with cashew

Chicken (500 grams)
Thick Curd ( 1 cup)
Ginger Garlic Paste ( 1 table spoon each)
Black pepper (2 tea spoon)
Poppy seeds ( 1 table spoon)
Cashew (half Cup )
Milk (half cup)
Butter ( 3 table spoon)
Lime Juice ( 1 table spoon)
Salt to taste
Clean chicken and put salt and lime Juice in it leave it for ten minutes Remove excess water Now beat the curd Marinate chicken with Curd , ginger garlic and black pepper for 3 to 4 hours Make the paste of Poppy seeds and cashew adding Milk in Blender take a pan cook chicken till the gravy is thick Take another pan add butter in it Pour the paste of cashew and poppy seeds Cook for chicken and pour chicken in the paste and mix well Leave it on slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes Garnish with mint and and coriander leaves Serve with Pita Bread
