maida 1 tbsp
green cardamoms powder 1/4 tsp
milk as required
ghee for frying

How to make Khurchan Rabdi...
Milk (full cream) : 1 litre
Chuna water 1/2 tsp
Sugar : 1/2 cup (less or more)
Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
Mix slightly roasted sooji, maida, khoya,cardamoms powder with milk well and leave no lumps. Now heat a frying pan, grease with ghee and pour a serving spoon full of batter on it. Spread it in the round...
