Creamy homemade ice-cream made with Greek yoghurt, Maltesers and caramel

1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup whipping cream
1 x 400g tin caramel (dulce de leche)
Maltesers (extra for decoration)
Nuts for sprinkling (optional)
