Malteser Cookie Bars

Malteser Cookie Bars are chewy and gooey, packed full of malt, chocolate and Maltesers to make these taste like Maltesers in cookie bar form.

1/2 Cup (110g) Butter, Melted
2/3 Cups Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Malted Milk Powder
1 Cup 2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tsp Cornflour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Maltesers, Chopped (some small, some large)
