Mandarin Orange Almond Salad
Love a good salad with fruit and candied nuts? This Mandarin Orange Almond Salad has a great lineup of flavors that blend so well together. It's a tasty side for any meal.

1 large head red leaf lettuce, or any leafy green
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 very small red onion, finely sliced
1/2 pkg. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds
3 tbsp. sugar
Dressing
1/2 tsp. fresh grated orange rind
1/3 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 very small red onion, finely sliced
1/2 pkg. bacon, cooked & crumbled
